Sports Photography FAQ Is this photography or video? Photography only. All packages provide professionally edited **high-resolution still photographs**. Video is not included. What types of sports do you photograph? I photograph a wide range of sports, including football, floorball, basketball, athletics, dance, martial arts and other competitive or recreational activities. If you're unsure whether your sport is suitable, get in touch. How many photographs will I receive? Sports Photography packages include a **curated gallery** rather than a fixed number of photographs. I select the strongest images from the session based on quality, variety, key moments and storytelling. Larger sessions and events will naturally produce a larger gallery. Do you photograph entire matches? Yes. Match Photography is designed for a single match or sporting event of up to 90 minutes. Additional photography time can be added at €65/hour beyond the initial 90 minutes. For multiple games or larger sporting events, the Half-Day Sports Photography package may be more suitable. What is the difference between Match Photography and Half-Day Sports Photography? **Match Photography** is designed primarily for one game or match. **Half-Day Sports Photography** is designed for situations where multiple games, matches or sporting activities are taking place over several hours. If you're organising a tournament, sports day or event with several activities happening across the same day, the Half-Day package is usually the better option. Do you photograph individual athletes? Yes. Individual Athlete Portraits are dedicated portrait sessions for one athlete, creating more creative and controlled images around their sport, personality and personal brand. These sessions are separate from match photography. Can I book an individual athlete portrait session for an image like the examples on the website? Yes. Individual Athlete Portraits can include creative lighting, sport-specific posing, environmental locations and movement-based images. The exact approach can be discussed before the session so the photographs fit the athlete, sport and intended use. Do you photograph whole teams? Yes. Team Photography & Media Days are designed for full squads rather than just a small selection of players. They can include individual player portraits, team photographs, coach/staff portraits and additional creative imagery. For larger teams, multiple squads or more complex productions, I provide a custom quote based on the requirements. Can you photograph every player individually? Yes. For team bookings, the agreed package can be structured to photograph the full squad. The price depends on the number of players, time required and type of portraits requested. If you want creative, individually lit portraits for every player rather than simple team headshots, this will require additional time and production. Can you photograph coaches and staff as well? Yes. Coaches, managers and other staff can be included in team photography and media-day sessions. The number of people and required setups will be considered when confirming the quote. Can you photograph athletes in action as well as portraits? Yes. Depending on the package, photography can include action, movement, portraits, atmosphere and environmental images. Where can the photography take place? Photography can take place at your sporting venue, training facility, outdoor location or another agreed location. The location and setup will depend on the type of photography required. Do you provide lighting? Yes. Professional lighting can be used for athlete portraits and team media days where appropriate. The setup will depend on the location and style of photography required. Can I request specific types of photographs? Yes. If you have particular images, poses, compositions or promotional requirements in mind, discuss them with me before the shoot. This is particularly useful for athletes, teams and clubs who need specific imagery for websites, sponsorships or campaigns. What can I use the photographs for? The photographs can be used for your own website, social media, marketing, promotional material, team communications and similar activities. Commercial use by the client for promoting their own athlete, team, club or organisation is included. Larger advertising campaigns, third-party commercial use or licensing outside the agreed scope can be discussed separately. Do I receive the RAW files? No. Final photographs are professionally selected and edited before delivery. RAW files are not included. Can I book photography regularly? Yes. Regular photography can be arranged for clubs, teams, athletes and sporting organisations that need ongoing visual content throughout a season. This can include matches, training, athlete portraits, team media days and promotional content. How do I book?
